Ingredients:
A champion juicer is the perfect tool for this fruit ice cream or you can use a food
processor
Peel ripe bananas and store flat in plastic bags in freezer
The bananas, sliced, go into the processor with a small amount of liquid and whatever
choice of flavour, the bananas help to create the ice cream texture
Combinations: to 3 large frozen bananas, for apporx. 2 servings
Vanilla: 1/4 cup yoghurt and 2 teaspoons pure vanilla
Pineapple: 1 cup blended pineapple
Orange: 1 orange, peeled and seeded, cut into chunks
Place the banana chunks in the processor with the additional ingredients to make the
ice cream. Use a pulse action, you may have to redistribute the bananas during
processing, when almost smooth continue for a few seconds more. Don\'t over process
as ice cream will become too soft
Serve at once or freeze in individual serving dishes up to 4 hours
Decorate as desired with fresh fruit |
