Being an inveterate experimenter, over the years have found many ways of presenting the ubiquitous pie. Here are just a few of them including a sugar-free apple pie.
 
Pie Plates
 
You can use any size pie or quiche plate, 3 or more small ones, or a medium or large one as desired. Sometimes I use my ordinary enamel pie dish (both for pie case, and later filling) if I want a deep pie. It works the same as others, but needs a little longer cooking.

The delicate flavor of popcorn can easily be destroyed by oversalting or overheating. Coat the bottom of a large pan generously with organic coconut oil.

Drop one defenseless kernal and when it POPS, the temperature is right. 

Add enough organic popcorn kernals, just to layer the pan. Cover and when popping subsides, let out a little steam. Remove from heat. Will disappear fast as is or with a light sprinkling of  celtic or Himalayan crystal salt.

Virgin Coconut Oil goes very well in shakes and smoothies. Try it with banana + berries of choice, natural bio yogurt, a generous serving spoon of coconut oil, sprinkle of organic vanilla powder, and just sufficient milk of choice / fruit juice to blend.
Method:
Put all the chosen ingredients into a blender and whiz until smooth - and remember 'fresh is best'. This will work well with any fruit combination. If juicing fruit or vegetables, extract the juice first
