Valentine’s Day is almost upon us and love is in the air. Strawberry for Purity and lot's of Passion! The delicate heart-shaped berry has always connoted purity, passion and healing. It has been used in stories, literature and paintings through the ages.

Although long prized as a dessert fruit, strawberries and organic fresh cream, or strawberries and icecream, but less well-known are strawberries sprinkled with organic sugar or agave nectar or raw honey and a small splash of balsamic vinegar.
Goji berries, grown in remote regions of China, Tibet and Mongolia are a rich source of vitamins, minerals and immune-boosting antioxidants. They contain more vitamin C than oranges and considerably more beta carotene than carrots. These little red berries taste a little bit like cherries but slightly tangy.
