Plant Essentials Kids Workshops are suitable from the age of 5 - 12 years. Parents are welcome to stay and watch, or take advantage of our day spa and other natural therapy treatments (booking essential) while the class is running.

Our teacher Jeff Roberts has over 10 years experience in the natural therapies industry and holds qualifications in aromatherapy, massage, reiki, plus a variety of other health and natural therapy fields, also holds a current blue card.

Children experience the intriguing art of aromatherapy and herbal medicine in a fun hands on workshop. They will see, touch, smell and learn about essential oils, herbs and more in a creative class environment. This is a new exciting workshop and we encourage children to bring their friends along too.

This is an informative morning, learning how to implement Essential Oils in the home environment to create positive, supportive surroundings for the whole family. Help your children relax and sleep well, imrpove their appetite, allow them to concentrate with their studies, balance mood swings and hormonal changes and a whole host more.

So why are our Kids Workshops free?

We believe that good habits start early in life. We see so much illness in our store that could easily be prevented with bettter life choices. This is just our little bit towards taking future pressure of the ailing health system, and helping to encourgae a healthier Australia.
