Earthwatch is an environmental not-for-profit research organisation that enables people to take part in scientific field research that promotes the understanding and action needed for a sustainable environment.

Participants fund their own trip and help scientists with a multitude of tasks: they gain a wonderful experience and lots of new knowledge about our world. Programs cover a range of environments in locations around the world and can be from one day to two weeks.
