Hairwoman-flowers-228x94px.jpg conditioner and treatment recipes to make in your own home. Using organic ingredients from the kitchen and garden for beautiful nourished locks. The condition of your hair reflects your inner health.

The way to strong, shining hair is via a nutritious, balanced diet and an effective health and fitness regime.

Deep Conditioner For Beautiful Hair

1 small jar of organic mayonnaise

1/2  organic avocado

Put together in a medium bowl and squish together with your hands until it's a minty green colour. Smooth into hair all the way to the tips. Put on a shower cap or wrap your head with saran wrap.
Leave on for 20 minutes. For deeper conditioning put a hot, damp towel around your head -over the saran wrap. And if you have really long hair and only need deep conditioning at the ends, cut the ingredients in half and apply only to the ends and just wrap them.

Deep Hair Conditioner

1/2 cup Organic Mayonaisse

Comb the mayonaisse through your damp hair, then wrap your head in a towel, let it penetrate for 20 minutes. Shampoo.

Special Note: Make sure the mayonaisse is real mayo and NOT salad dressing. It will dry your hair out.

Ravishing Rosemary Conditioner

Rosemary essential oil

Add a few drops of rosemary essential oil to the palms of your hands, work through out your entire hair.

Tropical Conditioner

1 organic avocado (peeled and mashed)

Organic coconut milk

Combine mashed avacodo with some coconut milk. Mash together until its smooth and about as thick as shampoo. Comb it through the hair and let sit for 10 -15 minutes, wash out.

Egg Conditioner

1 teaspoon organic coconut oil
1 organic egg yolk
1 cup water

Beat the egg yolk until its frothy, add the oil then beat again. Add to the water. Massage into the scalp and throughout your hair. Rinse well.

Apple Cider Softness

1-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 cups distilled water
Pour over your hair as the final rinse. It will leave your hair feeling soft. Good for all hair types.

Steep a camomile tea bag in 7 oz. of warm water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Apply tea mixture to hair and let sit for 3 minutes. Camomile renders a golden tone to hair, while the vinegar makes hair shine and closes down the cuticles.
Rinse hair again with water.

Protein Conditioner

Beat 1 egg white until foamy. Add to 5 tablespoons plain natural organic yoghurt. Apply to hair in small sections at a time. Leave in for 15 minutes. Rinse.

Hot Oil Treatment

1/2 cup organic coconut oil

1/2 cup boiling water

Place oil and boiling water into large glass bottle or jar with a lid. You may need to wrap a towel around the bottle to avoid burning yourself. Shake very well until oil is emulsified. Massage into hair, taking care not to burn your head. Put a shower cap or plastic bag over your hair and wrap your head in a hot towel that has been soaked in hot water then wrung out. Leave mixture on your hair for 1/2 hour, then shampoo as usual.

Healthy Holistic Conditioner

Mix 6 tablespoons of rice bran with enough hot water to make a thin paste.
Using a blender, add half an organic avocado, a drop of  organic coconut oil. Blend.
Apply mixture to freshly shampooed hair. Then, take a damp towel and warm it up.Apply warmed towel to hair and let it set. Lightly shampoo hair and rinse with water.

1 teaspoon organic honey, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and 4 cups water. Mix together, and apply to hair.
