DIEts such a horrible word - look at the first three lettters. I was given some great advice many years back - to focus on reducing not losing.

So true, bean sprout. The ideal diet (or way of eating) would have to be variety. "Variety is the spice of life".
Variety is important, but not at one sitting. Keeping meals simple, organic and look for variety over several meals. Not to get into a rut of eating the same meals day-in day-out.
Communication -- have trust and listen to the body. Everything in moderation.
Find foods that you love and love you, through trust, and listening to communication, and true harmony will be within.

"We are our own Creator of our Destiny".

Eco Quote

When a man throws an empty cigarette package from an automobile, he is liable to a fine of $50.  When a man throws a billboard across a view, he is richly rewarded.  Pat Brown  quote from David Ogilvy, Ogilvy on Advertising, 1985
